Update: The chat rooms have seemed to disappear.
Today, Tapulous (the makers of Tap Tap) added a new feature to the just-released game. Now you can go into chat rooms. You still can’t talk to people in the pregame lobby, but it’s a start. Hopefully they can elaborate on the idea.
